Custom web apps and SaaS, built end to end

I build web applications and SaaS products for businesses and founders in Morocco and France: the back end, the interface, the database and the deployment — delivered as one working product, not a set of pieces for someone else to finish.

What I build

  • SaaS products — multi-tenant platforms with sign-up, roles, billing and an admin view, like SnapShot and GoalKick.
  • Business applications — dashboards, back offices, booking and management systems that replace spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.
  • Back ends and APIs — REST APIs, integrations and database design, documented with OpenAPI.
  • Fast websites — marketing sites and catalogues rendered on the server, quick to load and readable by search engines.
  • Existing code — takeovers, modernisation or rescue — I read the repo first and send an honest assessment before any quote.

What end to end means

Accounts and security. Sign-in (including with Google), roles and isolation between customers designed in from the start, not bolted on later.

Payments. Cards and local methods behind one interface — cash on arrival included, and ready for a Moroccan acquirer such as CMI.

Data you can trust. PostgreSQL with versioned migrations, constraints that enforce business rules, and integration tests against a real database.

Production. Docker, automated tests and deploys on every merge, HTTPS and monitoring.

How it works

  • Scope — One call, then a written scope with price and dates. Nothing starts before you have it.
  • Build in the open — Small releases you can click through every week, not one reveal at the end.
  • Ship — Store submission or production deploy, handled — with the repo and accounts in your name.
  • Keep pace — Optional retainer for updates and monitoring once it's live.

Technologies

  • Java · Spring Boot
  • Angular
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions
  • OpenAPI
  • Testcontainers
  • Caddy

Hosted in Docker behind a reverse proxy with automatic HTTPS, deployed on every merge once the tests pass.

Work

  • SnapShot — event photos found by face recognition — case study
  • GoalKick — management platform for football centres — case study

Questions

What does a project cost?

Fixed price against a written scope, agreed before any code. Small builds usually land in the low four figures; a full product is quoted per phase so you can stop after any one of them.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes, including rescue work. I read the repo first and send back an honest assessment before quoting anything.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. Everything ships in your repository and your accounts.

Can you keep maintaining it after launch?

Optional monthly retainer covering updates, monitoring and small features. No lock-in — cancel any month.

A product to launch, an internal tool to replace, or code to take over? Describe it in a few lines — I usually reply within two days.
